Cancellation & Exchange policy

  1. Order cancellation is permitted only until shipment confirmation. Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
  2. Refunds will be initiated within one day of cancellation; however, the credited amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on bank processing times.
  3. Items are eligible for exchange only and are not returnable. Exchanges are accepted provided the product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact as delivered.
  4. We do not accept Cash on delivery (COD).
